Plant-based Meals: Why Incorporate Plant-based Meals in Your Diet
I have been a vegetarian for a little over 6 months now. Being vegetarian means I don’t eat meat, but it’s so much more than that! For me, my diet choice is part of a larger movement. One that involves eating with the environment in mind. Vegetarianism is not only more sustainable for the environment, but also comes with many health benefits. You get to experiment with a multitude of plant-based proteins and other nutritious ingredients. Who said being a vegetarian had to be boring?
